I'm a PCC with the ICF -- (Professional Certified Coach with the International Federation of Coaches) all that really means is that I have been coaching for a while, and I absolutely love it.

I work with creatives who are stuck, executives who want to communicate better, and actors working on auditions.

I use neuroscience and creative play in all my coaching, and devise workshops for groups to spark imagination, neuroplasticity and well being.
